Twilight and spike moving to Ponyville. Twilight may have underestimated how much everything weighs (or overestimated her own strength).
It hits the topic in two ways: a punny interpretation (kudos to Chaotic_Harmony on the EquestriaDailyArt IRC for that one), and in the actual goal of putting the pony in motion.
All work was done by mouse in Paint Shop Pro 7 over 8 layers (sketch1, sketch2, Twilight, the cart, Spike, magic, specular highlight, and the scenery).
